If you believe that your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following information:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of that person.

5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who have been determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

6. Changes to Copyright Policy

We may revise and update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Please check this page regularly to stay informed of our policies regarding copyright issues.
